Awake – NBC 10/9c – Series finale. The entire police force is on a man hunt for Detective Britten, who relentlessly works to bring down the conspirators who tore his family apart. Britten trusts no one and time is running out as he gets closer to the truth. Bird and Detective Vega decide to help their struggling partner. When Britten’s worlds begin to clash, bringing together the dueling psychiatrists, Dr. Lee and Dr. Evans in an unlikely debate that forces him to choose his path. Meanwhile, Captain Harper is forced to face her truth. This show was cancelled by NBC. Too bad it wasn’t better. I liked the concept at the beginning, they tried but just couldn’t keep it together.

Season Finales 05/21/12: HOUSE
The end has come. The FOX series, House, will take its final bow today in a special 2 hour episode that begins at 8/7c. The first hour will be retrospective special that will look back at the show from the past 8 season and feature interviews with the series’ stars and producers, special original content and other surprises.
Then it ends with a finale that has been said will be pretty emotional for House fans. It was directed by series creator and executive producer David Shore. The premise of the episode is that while treating a drug addict patient, House begins examining his life, his future and his own personal demons. There is also expected to be a major death and plenty of returning people from the past.
