EVERYONE is doing a reboot/remake. SERIOUSLY??? Have we truly run out of original ideas? I need some exec to take a risk on something new. Just because people loved it before doesn’t mean they are going to love it now. See Ironside, Knight Rider, Melrose Place, Bionic Woman, Charlie’s Angels, etc. Do I need to go on?

NBC Pulls ‘Welcome to the Family,’ ‘Ironside,’ Sets ‘Community Return
Saw this coming from a mile away. When NBC picked up this pilot, I knew for sure this was gonna fail. I mean you are remaking a show that people use to watch in the 60s and isn’t remembered by many. Nostalgia will only get you so far. People just weren’t watching. It needed to bring something else to the table and unfortunately it was just another procedural that clearly people are tired of. Hopefully Blair Underwood can get on a show soon that is worthy of the man’s talents. YAY Community is back though; probably for it’s final season.

Who picked this premiere date? I mean seriously? The show is already getting cancelled can we get some good dates so they at least have a chance to get watched. Why would they program it Nov 22 – Dec 27? Right smack in between the holidays. Ughh. Booo CW.
