Happy Memorial Day!!!! Hope everyone is having an amazing day. With all the barbecues and poolside activity happening today, some might not be thinking about what’s on television tonight but a couple of premieres are happening tonight.

The Bachelorette – ABC 8/7c. Season 9 premiere. You all know the premise. One of the ladies that was dumped on The Bachelor gets chosen to be the new bachelorette. She then is given 25 suitors looking for “love” to choose from. I really don’t know why this show is still on. There have been maybe 3 relationships that have lasted out of all the seasons of the Bachelor and Bachelorette. It is a little fun to watch these people act ridiculous on television.

American Pickers – HISTORY 9/8c. Season 5 première. Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, antique archeologists continue to their search for offbeat, valuable and historically significant treasures that they buy and then sell for profits.

Cake Boss – TLC 9/8c. Buddy Valastro returns with season 4 picking up days after Hurricane Sandy devastated the area, with Buddy and the crew returning to Carlo’s to assess the damage it’s left. With no electricity and clients who still need cake orders, the team will have to work their decorating magic in near darkness, and look to find ways to support the community working to recover from the storm.

The Glades – A&E 9/8c. Season 4 première. Chicago detective takes a job with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which he believes will afford a more relaxing lifestyle, but he finds things are more complicated than he imagined.

Hit The Floor – VH1 9/8c. Series premiere. This show is basically a scripted version of Basketball Wives cast member Royce Reed’s life. It’s about the world of professional basketball and the dancers who make the fans (and players) go wild. The Los Angeles Devils are the number one team in the league. When the arena lights go on, all of Hollywood comes out to support the million dollar players. But in this city these men share the fame, adrenalin, money, sex and power with their dancers, the Devil Girls.

Bakery Boss – TLC 10/9c. Series Premiere. Cake Boss’ Buddy Valastro helps out  struggling family bakeries to help transform them into a successful dough-making enterprise.

Longmire – A&E 10/9c. Season 2 Premiere. Sheriff Walt Longmire is back in the saddle after coming to terms with the devastating loss of his wife and dedicated to serving his community. But storm clouds are brewing… Walt’s reign as Sheriff hangs in the balance as he fights for re-election against rival, and his own deputy, Branch Connally.
